When I founded Sura Estate LLP in 1992, I began with a clear vision, to build a real estate company rooted in trust, sincerity, and long-lasting relationships.

Our journey started in Kandivali, a market I deeply understood and believed in. With just one desk, a telephone, and a determination to serve people honestly, I worked tirelessly to help families and investors make confident property decisions..

As our reputation grew, so did our reach. What started as a Kandivali-focused firm slowly expanded to serve clients across Borivali,, Malad, Goregaon,Andheri and other key pockets of Mumbai.

This growth was not planned — it was earned. It came because people trusted us, referred us, and believed in the values that built our brand. Three decades later, those values remain unchanged: Ethics. Service. Trust.

And now, with the next generation carrying forward the legacy, I feel proud that the foundation laid in Kandivali has grown into a respected presence across Mumbai.

From my very first deal, I understood that trust is the only true currency in this business. Over the years, I built this firm brick by brick on ethics, transparency, and long-term relationships.

For more than three decades, I’ve had the privilege of helping families find homes, investors build assets, and developers create landmarks across Mumbai. What began as a small local practice has today grown into a respected name, especially in Kandivali and the Western Suburbs.

My commitment remains unchanged , to guide every client with honesty, clarity, and responsibility. Sura Estate LLP will always stand for integrity, dedication, and service that goes beyond transactions.

I joined Sura Estate LLP in 2008, stepping into a legacy built by Mr.Gopal Sura with years of hard work. My goal was simple ,expand our reach, modernize our processes, and enhance client experience while staying true to the values set in 1992.

Over the years, I helped scale the firm from a neighbourhood brokerage into a multi-segment, multi-location real estate advisory. From residential to commercial, from Kandivali to other parts of Mumbai, we grew by understanding the evolving needs of new-age clients.

I take pride in continuing the principles of transparency and professionalism while adding system-driven operations, structured processes, and stronger developer partnerships. My vision is to build a firm that delivers both,traditional trust and modern efficiency.
